State Police ask for public’s help in Housatonic Community College theft

BRIDGEPORT — State Police asked for the public’s help Thursday to identify a man suspected of stealing electronics from a construction worker at the Housatonic Community College. At approximately 6:45 a.m., a male suspect entered a room where several items were taken. Reported stolen was a black iPad, a black Galaxy S6 phone and a black iPhone 5. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5'5" to 5'8", 150-180 lbs, wearing a gray t-shirt, green cargo shorts and black sneakers. In a Tweet, State Troopers posted a photo of the suspect, who took the items around 6:45 a.m. at the HCC campus at the intersection of State Street and Lafayette Boulevard.
