MILFORD - A 24-year-old Easton man has been arrested in connection with the theft of $28,000 in cash and jewelry for a city house.
Police say Nicholas Bodine of Morehouse Road, stole the valuables while living as a renter while living in the house.
Bodine later cashed numerous pieces of jewelry at local pawn shops, Officer Joseph Dempsey said in a release.
Bodie was charged with first-degree larceny and held on $50,000 bond after his arrest.
